Intern, Marketing - Mid MarketLocation US-GA-AlpharettaJob ID 14408Apply NowOverview of Job Function:We are seeking a motivated intern for our Mid-Market marketing team at Verint. The internship is based out of our Alpharetta, GA office location. We are looking for sharp, ambitious, and passionate students to join the Transformation Internship Program. The intern program provides a challenging work experience where the intern will take on important tasks and become an integral part of the team. The program also includes several networking and social opportunities with various business partners and intern peers. Our goal is to provide the intern with exposure to potential career opportunities within Verint while leading projects that are critical to a function or business unit. Our interns are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table and are quickly entrusted with foundational responsibilities.Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Collaborate with marketing team on areas for content and graphics creation
Design and create content for a Mid-Market overview brochure
Assist with updating existing marketing collateral as needed
Upload marketing collateral to internal collateral website, Pathfinder
Marketing Data & Systems
Pull and create reports in Salesforce.com and Eloqua
Update and cleanse customer and partner data in Salesforce.com and Eloqua
Assist in creating surveys to collect data on Mid-Market customer satisfaction ratings
Partner Marketing Support
Update and assist in creating new partner marketing resources
Assist with updating and creating content for partner website
Assist with partner marketing projects as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details
Ability to work in a collaborative team atmosphere as well as in an individual setting with extreme independence and initiative
Creative problem solving skills
The desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
A willingness to grow and learn new technologies
Preferred Requirements:
Currently pursuing Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, graphic design or public relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Project Management / Coordination experience
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce.com, and Eloqua a plus
