In addition to testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, you will bring expertise in electrical systems and components. Your responsibilities will include applying your understanding of basic electrical AC/DC principles, familiarity with ladder/relay logic, PLC's, and experience with low and medium voltage (480-12kV) electrical components. Conduct comprehensive testing procedures on heavy equipment, focusing on electrical systems and components

Utilize your understanding of basic electrical AC/DC principles and familiarity with ladder/relay logic to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues

Apply your knowledge of PLC's and experience with low and medium voltage (480-12kV) electrical components to ensure equipment meets performance specifications

Demonstrate proficiency with paralleling switchgear, 3-phase power, and electrical test equipment during testing and troubleshooting activities

Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to resolve complex electrical issues and improve testing processes

Document test results, electrical repair activities, and equipment performance data accurately and thoroughly

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times

What you will have:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electrical systems or related field preferred

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with a degree, or 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Technician

Strong understanding of basic electrical AC/DC principles and familiarity with ladder/relay logic

Experience with PLC's, electrical troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of low and medium voltage (480-12kV) electrical components

Familiarity with paralleling switchgear, 3-phase power, and electrical test equipment

Knowledge of CSWGR Product Lines and basic computer skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time

Ability to perform repetitive operations

Ability to lift at least 20lbs. and up to 80lbs
