Deal, let’s go!The role.Innomotics LLC is seeking a proactive, solution-oriented professional Sr. Contracts Management Professional to support our Customer Service business unit and our High Voltage Motors, Medium Voltage Drives and Low Voltage Motors product business units, working under the supervision of our corporate counsel. Your responsibilities will include:

Draft, review, analyze, modify and negotiate contractual documents to achieve acceptable risk levels.

Draft, review, analyze, modify and negotiate claims, settlement agreements, changes to existing agreements for service, and other contractual terms and conditions.

Summarize and prepare risk summaries for review and approval by management. You will ensure all bids/contracts align with limits of authority directive.

Guide review of specifications issued by customers; prepare customized commercial sections of bid reports. Recommend deviations from limits of authority directive and prepare letters for appropriate management approvals.

Guide the preparation and negotiation of contracts and provisions of product and service contracts, settlement agreements, and master agreements; suggest values of liquidated damages; provide consultation, advice, and/or training.

Apply sophisticated skills to identify and independently resolve sophisticated problems related to contract language, procedures or practices.

Perform as a key member in a multi-disciplined negotiation team consisting of personnel from Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Project Management.

Recommending innovative ways to customer contractual requirements.

Serve as the go-to subject matter authority and trusted advisor on all contractual-related matters for the business units that you support.

Conduct special projects and other tasks as assigned.

You must be comfortable acting independently as the primary lead for drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and managing contracts in your area of responsibility and have excellent written and oral communication skills, as this position involves direct contact with all levels of our organization including our executive management team.Your profile.The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and characteristics:

BS/BA required in applicable field; advanced education, law degree or paralegal certificate a plus

8-10 years of successful experience in related field is required; advanced degree (e.g., Juris Doctorate) MAY be substituted for experience.

Proficient knowledge of personal computer systems and programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point is required

Ability to travel (up to 10% of time)

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills

Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Possess excellent persuasion, negotiation and judgment skills.

Have a working knowledge of financial analytics and profit and loss implications.

Possess strong leadership and collaboration skills.

The pay range for this position is $87,000 - $149,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.Remote or hybrid work available for this position.
