Workplace Experience Coordinator

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Toms River, New Jersey, 08753, United States. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our team, providing coordination and administrative support for delivery of Workplace Services. Responsibilities: Coordinate and provide administrative support for Workplace Experience services, addressing customer requests and complaints effectively. Maintain detail-oriented relationships with vendors, ensuring they have updated insurance and contractual documentation as per requirements. Assist with badging needs, concierge reception, and switchboard operations. Manage inventory supply and ensure the proper use and maintenance of office and workplace experience equipment. Utilize and upkeep the integrity of databases and digital tools associated with service delivery. Attend move meetings and coordinate all moves with client contacts. Provide support for the Workplace Experience team as directed, including expense management and meeting coordination. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when required. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Customer Service Ability to create and maintain Documentation Proficiency in Database management Understanding of Insurance policies Experience with Receptionist Duties Ability to manage relationships with Vendors Experience with Check Processing Comfortable with Digital technology Exceptional Communication Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Knowledge of Facilities Management Ability to handle Complaints professionally Experience in Coordination roles Knowledge of Concierge Services Understanding of Contractual obligations Experience in Switchboard Operations Ability to Maintain Relationships with various stakeholders Experience in Expense Management Skill in Meeting Coordination Experience in Supply Management Understanding of Service delivery standards.
