Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Administrative Coordinator is responsible for answering phone/prioritizes calls and refers to appropriate person. Greets visitors and performs administrative functions/ computer support for all Engineering Departments with our network. Assist the regional director/ managers/ supervisors with the day to day operations, purchasing, payroll and construction activities. Interacts with contracted work force. Performs duties for other departments and other members of the staff as requested by Regional Director.Position Requirements :A. Licensure/Certification/Registration : None required. A certificate from a computer course and/or secretarial sciences desired. 4 years office/ department operations desired.B. Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, prefer 2 year Associates degree.C. Experience: Minimum of four years experience in like or similar position. Computer skills are preferred.D. Special Qualifications: Requires a person who projects a professional appearance and conducts self in business-like manner. Must have good communication skills and able to deal effectively with people both in person and on the telephone. An out-going personality is a desired characteristic. Must be versatile and able to analyze problems and find acceptable solutions. Must be proficient in computer skills and other office equipment that may be required.
