compensation: The SERVICE TECHNICIAN position requires no prior training. We pay $10 hourly for the 2-week training period, and then pay salary + commission thereafter. Service Technicians average $10 - $12 hourly.

We are a premier Pool Service Company serving the Greater Atlanta area, currently hiring pool both SERVICE and REPAIR technicians. Our main office is in Buford, Georgia, off of Buford Highway.
We offer medical coverage after 90 days of employment, and dental / long-term disability insurance after 180 days of employment. We offer employees 401k with employer contribution after one year of employment. We work 40+ hours weekly year-round, and some Saturdays are required during the swim season. We start at 7:15 am daily.
The SERVICE TECHNICIAN position requires no prior training. Service Technicians pay is $10/hour during training and $12/hour thereafter. There will be a 6 month evaluation for performance and pay will be discussed. The REPAIR TECHNICIAN position starts at $13 - $15 hourly, based upon your experience. You MUST have experience and/or training in pool repairs for this position.
Pool Service Technician Position's Responsibilities will include:
Performing maintenance on clients' pools and spas. Testing and balancing pool chemistry. Lifting and carrying 50 pounds regularly, and sometimes up to 100 pounds. Maintaining a neat and organized vehicle. Utilizing service equipment properly. Having good verbal and written communication skills.
Pool Repair Technician Position's Responsibilities will include:
Performing repairs on clients' pools and spas, including basic plumbing and electrical work, and repairing pumps, filters, heaters, pool cleaners, automation systems, chlorine generation systems, etc.
