We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting and office functions, financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This role will also assist with general HR functions. We are located in Lawrenceville, GA. Must have reliable transportation to the office. Pay rate will be $18-20/hour based on experience. Responsibilities
- Handle bank transactions
- Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Monitor Emails
- Maintain and file documents
- Write up emails & job documents as needed
- Answer office phone
Qualifications
- Some office experience
- Some Quickbooks experience
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Must be drug-free
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
