Measure projects in-home.
Review plans/options with customers and estimate labor costs based on renovation project.
Pre-close customer on project estimate; cost and timeline
Meet with store designers virtually to go over project plan and labor estimates.
Responsible for interpreting specifications, job plans
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with many structured touch points.
Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of prior existing home improvement estimating and sales.
Previous residential or in-home sales experience a strong plus.
Must have experience in Kitchen or Architectural design, construction, technical drafting, floor plans or building permits.
Must have general construction knowledge in Flooring, Electrical, Plumbing, Tile, Countertops, Cabinets, Carpentry and Drywall.
Computer experience with MS office suite and estimating software.
20/20, or construction management software experience a strong plus.
Detail oriented and excellent customer service experience.
Reliable transportation and clear/valid Drivers’ license.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 plus commission opportunities
