Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure all work complies with project plans, safety regulations, and building codes.
Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate changing conditions or unforeseen challenges.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong network of subcontractor resources to draw upon for various project needs.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to provide verifiable references from past projects and employers.
