We are a wine distributor and are seeking retailers to sell the Tuscan Wine Portfolio. As well as seeking existing retailers we have a very rare opportunity for a motivated individual to start their own wine retail business in a retail space we have for lease. The space leases for $600 per month and has a completed Alcohol Survey indicating all local and state requirements are satisfied.
Also included will be comprehensive instructions as to how to become a wine retailer and get started in business.
It is anticipated that sales will be mainly online and a presence at the space will be minimal.
The successful applicant will also yield the benefit of our advertising to drive sales.
Applicants must have a clear criminal background, be a US citizen and have sufficient funds to pay for licensing that costs approximately $2000 that will be paid by the applicant directly to local and state licensing agencies. We do not collect these fees so there is no mark up.
