Job Description:
Join our team at Tint Life Window Tinting as a Customer Service and Sales Assistant. We're seeking an enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Sales experience is a must, and knowledge of different automobiles is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner, providing customers with detailed information about our Window Tinting products and services.
Provide accurate quotes promptly via telephone and email, demonstrating excellent sales skills and product knowledge.
Assist in scheduling appointments and projects, collaborating closely with team members and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain electronic and paper records of customer orders, appointments, and inventory.
Fulfill general office duties such as filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining a clean workspace to facilitate efficient operations.
Utilize strong attention to detail and organizational skills to uphold quality standards in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience is essential.
Knowledge of different automobiles is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and email correspondence.
