Looking for an experienced Cafe Store Manager to own and maintain full responsibility for the cafe’s Profit and Loss statements; building brand awareness and participating in partnership cultivation.Our Managers will inspire their teams to embrace standards for hospitality, commitment to inclusivity, and company culture.
Responsibilities:
They will also provide support to the café team from initial stages of recruiting and training through their tenure in-café; managing leadership training needs in their designated café by leading shadow shifts, in-classroom training, and virtual check-ins, and administering ServSafe Training & Exams.
Develop and lead community relationships to ensure that your café is an integral part of the community that it serves
Identify opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals, meet budgeted cost categories, and use operational tools and resources to increase profitability
Qualifications:
Looking for someone with1-3 years of management experience in similar role.
