Restaurant/Lounge looking to hire a Part-Time Experienced line Cook.
1. Must have at least 5-10 years experience working in a Restaurant
2. Must be able to work late evenings/nights, weekends- MUST work weekends
3. Must have great communication skills
4. Must have reliable transportation A MUST
5. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
6. Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures
7. Knowledge of menus and all food products, can also manage guest orders in a friendly/timely order.
8. Must be creative and able to present New food items
9. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times. Must be able to clean kitchen area thoroughly every night.
10. Knowledge of saute and grill equipment proper use and cleaning
11. Self urgency and love for food a Must
12. Serve-Self certification recommended Required.
