Line cook - must have at least 2 years fine dining or similar experience. Must be able to cook proteins to temperature. Needs a passion for the kitchen and ability to work long days.
OR
Sous Chef- 5 years of more fine dining or similar experience. Ability to manage people. Work every position on the line. Anchor the line at night. Ability to manage health and safety protocols.
