Big Easy BBQ - A Cajun Smokehouse is interviewing for Lead line cook/kitchen manager. The right person will have 2-5 years kitchen experience. This person needs to have held a position where they were in charge of ordering, interviewing, scheduling, daily operations a kitchen and lead by example. This will start as an hourly position but can turn into salary with bonus potential.
