What we offer:
-$12/hr plus for baristas with relevant experience who are able to pass Prevail testing and certification process
-Tips ranging between $4/hr and $10/hr
-A supportive and friendly workplace with opportunities to grow and develop your skills
-Flexibility with scheduling and time off
- Insurance for employees working a minimum of 3 shifts per week
What We're Looking For:
- Baristas with relevant specialty coffee or hospitality experience; willing to train the right candidate but experience is highly preferred
-A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
-Someone who is reliable, punctual, and not afraid to get their hands dirty
- Someone available to work a minimum 3 days a week with preference to those with weekend availability
- Individuals seeking long term employment and ready to grow with us
-Full time and part time positions available
