We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our crew at Sheesh Mediterranean. We are a fast casual restaurant with locations in Dunwoody, Peachtree Corners, and Suwanee. We strive to provide excellent customer service and delicious Mediterranean cuisine to our guests. With Sheesh being a smaller establishment, Team Members are expected to be willing to learn all aspects of the stall. This ranges from preparing and cooking orders in a timely and clean manner to the operation of the register while interacting with guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare food items in accordance with kitchen standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
Assist customers with menu items providing accurate and helpful descriptions.
Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions and ensuring accuracy in cash management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours, demonstrating effective time management skills.
Follow all health and safety regulations while preparing food and serving customers.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems, such as Square POS, is preferred but not required.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Culinary skills or experience in a kitchen setting is preferred, enhancing food preparation efficiency.
A willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities within the team.
