Hours Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri 8-4. Rare nights required.
Food preparation
-Washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients to help cooks prepare meals
Cleaning
-Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning appliances
Organization
-Unloading food supplies from delivery trucks, unpacking and storing supplies, and taking out the garbage
Other tasks
-Sweeping and mopping the kitchen, packing takeout orders, clearing and cleaning tables, and refilling condiments
