Line cook needed for lunch and dinner shifts at an independent, highly rated restaurant in Brookhaven. Need someone to work Monday through Friday lunches from 9:00 to 2:30, and Monday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 4:30 to close. Upscale food, especially at dinner. During the day you would be cooking lunch and helping to prep for dinner. At dinner, on weekends you would be working as one of two sautee cooks and on Monday nights you would be the saute cook.
