Upscale restaurant seeking talented Sous Chef to join our team. We are a busy upscale Tavern looking to expand our management team. the position requires previous leadership in an upscale environment. Ideal candidates will have a culinary degree or a stellar resume noting progression and tenure.
We seek a proficient candidate in butchering meat and fish, ordering, payroll, menu development, and cost controls.
a typical work day starts at noon and finishes around 10 pm. and maintains this for 5-day work weeks. open availability including weekends is a must and non-negotiable. The starting salary is $62K with vacation. holiday, insurance, free parking, and meals provided.
