Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Support dietary needs by preparing special meals as requested by guests.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards.
Experience in fine dining establishments is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods.
