Location: Marietta, (Cobb) GA 30066
Shift:
3 PM - 11 PM
11 PM - 8 AM
and Weekends 12-hour shifts
Community Living Arrangement (CLA) Group Home for three young ladies, to support them in focusing on their Independence and Community Integration.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Medication Management
Advocacy and Communication, including exceptional patience and listening skills
Address individuals' needs with respect and attention to safety
Assisting with Daily Living Skills: but not limited to, bathing, grooming, dressing, simple meal preparation planning, and grocery shopping
Creating a Safe, Clean, and Supportive Environment
Promoting Skills and Learning
Documentation and Record Keeping on unusual incidents or challenging behavior
Transporting individuals to and from appointments, community activities, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Empathetic and compassionate nature.
- Ability to work independently as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check.
- 7 Years MVR
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
