Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide support for individuals in the community and residential settings. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting the individual’s daily activities, ensuring safety, and fostering independence.
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) will assist in the day-to-day support of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role Direct Support Professionals involves assisting individuals with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, transportation, and social activities. Understand the unique strengths and challenges of each individual they serve, tailoring their support to promote personal growth and independence.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license. High school diploma or GED equivalent, CPR/FA
Able to pass background check. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and adapt to changing needs.
Job Title: Direct Support Professional
Compensation: $14-$15/hour.
Employment type: 3 days (Day Shift 8am-8pm) 3 Position Open.
