Alternative Home Care for Seniors is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a compassionate heart, excellent customer service and strong clinical knowledge to join our team. In this role, the RN will assess the client's needs in their homes and develop the plan of care. Clients are located within Gwinnett County.
Job Duties
Conduct initial home care assessment and supervisory visits every 90 days.
Document and report any changes in the client's condition.
Maintain accurate records of patient care.
Follow polices and procedures according to state and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in GA.
Minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience.
CPR / First Aid certification.
Current TB test.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel to the client's home.
