Hi, we're a growing property management company and manage a number of "co-living" rent by the room rentals that need monthly cleaning. Looking for 1 experienced cleaner with the tools for the job who is happy with $100/house for about 3 hard hours of work. You'll also need to be able to go clean rooms as necessary for move-ins/move-outs for about $50/room. We need before/after pictures as well as a checklist filled out each time.
If you do 3 houses per day, plus a room turn, you could make $350/day.
This is a 1099/contract position but we can provide a lot of jobs! We pay quickly too!
Must speak decent English to work easily with our maintenance team. Good references crucial.
