We are seeking a porter to service a shopping center property in the Covington/West Forest area. This property is serviced 6x per week and usually takes about an hour and a half each service time. The general scope of work includes the following but other items may be requested. If you have a pickup truck and the ability to remove illegally dumped items from the property, there are opportunities to make additional income. There is a monthly pay rate for the property paid in weekly payments every Friday. You will be set up with supplies but are responsible for maintaining your trash bag supply once the initial set up is depleted. The cost of bags is worked into the monthly pay rate. Must have valid drivers license and insurance. You will work independently, but will be required to take specific photos on each service date.
Walk parking lots, flower beds, and service areas to remove trash and debris.
Clean all parking lots and curbs.
Blow sidewalks
Clean and maintain store front curbs
Change trash can liners, wipe down lids.
Clean property lines and monument sign areas.
Reporting of any illegal dumping or property concerns to property management. (Be the eyes
and ears for property management)
Maintain back of house and enclosure areas
