Responsibilities:
Manage Chapter 7 or 11/ 13 bankruptcy filings for our clients.
Ensure adherence to all legal regulations throughout the process.
Maintain clear communication with clients and keep them informed.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and in good standing with the Bar.
Prior experience in bankruptcy law, particularly Chapter 7 or 11/13.
Strong commitment to client service and building trust.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
