Atlanta law firm is seeking a Residential Real Estate Closer - this is a direct hire opportunity in a very friendly firm with the nicest clients!Successful Closing Paralegal candidates will have at least two years of experience as a Residential Real Estate Closer. Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail will all lead to the success of this individual. Good technical skills and experience with SoftPro ideal.Responsibilities will include:Preparing closing documents and title policiesCommunicating with lenders, clients and agentsProcessing disbursement of monies post-closing; sending final file to lender post-closingWorking with LandTech to prepare closing documentsThis well-established law firm offers competitive salary, a full benefits package and bonuses.
