Midtown law firm has an immediate need for a Residential Real Estate Pre-Closer / Closing Coordinator. There is plenty of room for growth and advancement here.We are seeking a Pre-Closer who has at least one year of experience and can hit the ground running! Pre-Closer will be responsible for opening new real estate closing files, ordering title exams, ordering mortgage payoff information, obtaining tax and utilities information, inspection letters and HOA/Condo dues and will ensure that other necessary information is in closing file. Additionally, they will send out the Buyer/Buyer and Seller Information sheets to the appropriate parties and will communicate with clients, lenders and real estate agents to coordinate closings.Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage deadlines is important in this position.
