ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK NEEDED (Experience preferred BUT not required – WE WILL TRAIN YOU)
$40,000-$60,000 ANNUALLY + COMMISION (BONUS STRUCTURE)

Seeking to bring on several Accounts Receivable Clerks over the next month in preparation for the holiday season. As a clerk you will earn a GUARANTEED Hourly Rate + COMMISSION on ALL MONEY COLLECTED. Being in business for almost a decade we offer an environment filled with professionalism and growth potential. QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 1 year of previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Credit Repair, Etc.
Experience in customer service environments preferred BUT not required.
Knowledge of database software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify accounts with debtor & ssn; setting up affordable payments that the consumer can pay.
Develop collection methods and strategies tailored to each account to ensure that payments are made promptly.
Conduct collection campaigns involving phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
Negotiate agreeable terms of payment(s) with clients that will maximize profits.
Locate and inform the debtor of the outstanding balance against them.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS:
Our office is off Marta and Gwinnett Transit accessible (MARTA:104 Winters Chapel bus from Doraville train station will put you right in front of the door along with GWINNETT TRANSIT: RT10 and other bus routes). Schedules are from 9:00AM to 5:00PM (Mon. – Thur.) and 9:00AM to 3:00PM on Fridays. (NO WEEKENDS)
