Lookup Flight School is seeking a motivated and organized Front Desk Administrator Intern to support daily operations. As the first point of contact for visitors, the intern will manage front desk activities, schedule tours, provide administrative support, and assist in ensuring smooth daily operations. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, customer service, and business operations within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Directing Visitors: Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a friendly and professional environment for visitors and clients.
Scheduling Tours: Assist in organizing and scheduling tours for potential flight school students, a key activity that supports the school’s growth.
Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks including answering phone calls, emails, and maintaining student records.
Coordination of Operations: Support in opening the facility, ensuring the security system is functioning, and coordinating essential daily operations.
Support Sales Efforts: Assist in following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and confirming bookings to help support student enrollment.
On-Site Payment Coordination: Help manage payment processes for tours and other services, assisting in student onboarding and payment collection.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office tools is a plus.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn in a fast-paced aviation environment.
