Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, emails, and messages in both Spanish and English.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Assisting with office organization and filing systems.
Data entry and managing office documents.
Providing support to various departments as needed.
Handling office supplies and inventory.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (both spoken and written).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
At least 4 years of office experience.
