Office Assistant Job Duties:
Answering office calls; answering customer questions; forwarding messages; processing service calls; processing invoices; processing payments.
Scheduling appointments for sales calls
Maintains office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; placing orders when supplies are needed.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Responsible for the appearance of the office, work areas and restroom, ensuring they are clean and presentable for office visitors.
Skills/Qualifications: Office Experience – Experienced in MS Office and Quickbooks, Calendar Maintenance, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Verbal and Written Communication, Punctuality and Dependability, Attention to Detail, Positive attitude, Drug Free
