Single family property management company is hiring for Certified HVAC Techs, Maintenance Techs and Punch Techs.
Ideal candidates will have :
Work vehicle
Full set of tools
A resume or summary of experience
Experience in:
Drywall
Painting
Light electrical
Light plumbing
Roofing, fascia & soffit great, but not necessary.
HVAC helpful but not necessary.
Once again, TEAM “WORK is the key.
This is a 1099 contract position.
