Are you an experienced hands on property management professional with a hands-on maintenance background?
We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage our collection of 12 Co-Living Properties in Atlanta, which accommodates 104 tenants. This role is for someone who is looking to step-up your career, enjoys cleaning up .
As our Property & Maintenance Manager, you will focus on turning rooms for new tenants, resolving maintenance issues, and bringing our portfolio back into pristine condition. You'll have a $3000/mo budget for labor & materials to help you get the job done.
Core Responsibilities:
Weekly
- Meeting Facilitation: Run EOS Level 10 (L10) meetings 1x/week and report on specific metrics and key objectives as outlined in our business plan.
Daily
- Maintenance Prioritization: Prioritizing maintenance requests every morning.
- Property Check-Ins: Addressing maintenance issues, cleaning & prepping vacant rooms, and calling in additional maintenance & cleaning help when necessary.
- Reporting: Sending updates on slack detailing what you've accomplished with photos & videos.
Ideal Candidates:
- Have 3+ years experience in property management
- Know multiple cleaners & contractors they can hire on demand
- Are technically savvy. They work great with email, slack, etc.
- Own or managing coliving homes.

Secure a dependable base with $60,000 in contract-based pay—translating to $5,000 monthly to anchor your earnings.
