No experience necessary! We are a Residential Real Estate Investment firm looking for individuals who can drive by foreclosure properties to assess conditions and take photos. Some properties may be occupied. The pay for this job depends on the amount of information obtained. More details will be provided if a candidate is selected for the next round of interviews.
The time requirement for this job is 1.5 weeks per month to drive anywhere from 30-90 properties.
Requirements: Reliable car, Valid Driver’s License, Flexible schedule & smart phone.
