Contractor Expectations:
Submit high-quality before, during, and after photos (with measurement tape)
Provide address verification photos (street sign, house number, front of property)
Complete a Condition/Diagnosis Report for each job
Maintain prompt communication via text, call, or email
Follow client-specific guidelines and industry standards
Required Equipment & Qualifications:
Valid General Liability, E&O, and Auto Insurance (if applicable)
Lawn care equipment (mower, weed eater, blower, etc.)
Truck & trailer for hauling debris
Generator, air compressor, winterization tools (antifreeze, etc.)
Smartphone with internet and camera capabilities
