Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to support our sales efforts and contribute to our team’s success. This role is ideal for someone who is starting out on their career and is eager to learn, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and generate leads.

Respond to inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve processes.

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.

Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and pursue a career path in sales in a stable and supportive environment.

Basic proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
