Cross Sell Existing Customers
Write New business applications using checklist
Update/Endorse Customer Policies per their request
Handle Billing inquiries, process customer payments
Notify Agency Owner of dissatisfied customers and customers at risk of leaving
Report Claims
Assist in training other employees
Review New Business Log Weekly with Agency Owner
TELEMARKETING/WARM&COLD CALLS
Follow up on pended endorsements and applications daily
Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
