Outdoor Roofing Sales Representative

Position Overview:

Kayee Roofing is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outdoor Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with potential customers, conducting roof inspections, and guiding clients through the insurance claim process for roof replacements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Customer Engagement:

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify potential customers.

Build rapport with homeowners by providing information about Kayee Roofing’s services.

Compliment homeowners on their property and point out any visible roof damage.

Drone Roof Inspections:

Schedule and perform initial roof inspections to assess damage.

Provide detailed reports and photos to document the condition of the roof.

Explain the inspection findings to homeowners and discuss the benefits of roof replacement.

Responsibilities-

Insurance Claims:

Assist homeowners in filing insurance claims for roof damage.

Accompany insurance adjusters during their inspections to ensure all damage is noted.

Follow up with homeowners and work with our insurance department to ensure claims are processed efficiently.

Sales Process:

Present and explain roofing product options and services to homeowners.

Provide accurate and competitive quotes for roof replacements.

Close sales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

Project Coordination:

Schedule and oversee the full roof inspection by a specialist.

Ensure on-site presence on Day to supervise the roofing project and maintain quality standards.

Coordinate with the project team to address any issues and ensure timely completion of the project.

Customer Service:

Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Address any customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally.

Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Training and Development:

Participate in the 4 weeks training program to gain comprehensive knowledge of Kayee Roofing’s products, services, and sales techniques.

Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on industry trends and company practices.

Reporting:

Track and report weekly door knocks, inspections scheduled, and sales made.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Attributes: Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or roofing is a plus.

Compensation package:

Commission pay -$8% to 12%

After they can be completely independent - post 4 weeks program

Sales Performance Bonuses

Schedule:

Monday (10am - 7pm)

Tuesday - Friday ( 3pm - 7pm)

Saturday - Flex 4 hrs

10am - 7pm range

Monday to Saturday

Weekends as needed
