We are in search for a seasoned agent that has several years of experience
in selling life insurance products (Term, Whole, FE, IULS, etc) and that also have a few years experience managing a sales team.
You will be in charge of growing our life insurance division by recruiting and training new agents.
This position comes with a six month -$4,000 per month guaranteed pay + overrides on commissions earned.
Ex. Month one you will earn $4,000 base pay and if you make 5k in overrides. Your total earnings for that month will be $9,000
That 4k is guaranteed for the first 6 months - then it turns into a draw come month 7 moving forward.
We need a Vice President of Sales for our life insurance division that is not scared to role up their sleeves and get to work.
This division will be your baby and your responsibility to grow.
We will not micro-manage anyone, as we expect this VP of sales to be self motivated.
We are an established life insurance agency located in Suwanee, Georgia and have been here for several years.
You will be required to come into our office in Suwanee daily - work remotely - attend trade shows - basically whatever it takes to get the job done (which is bring in more sales and recruit other agents)
