We are looking for a Blind Installer to join our team in Atlanta!
Strathmore provides flooring, cabinets, blinds and design services to new residential construction customers across the Southeast.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving, inventory control and staging jobs for installation
Preparation of blind materials per work order
Delivery and installation of blinds in customer homes across the Atlanta metro
Maintain work orders and conduct quality assurance reviews
Clean customer premises of installation debris
Support warehouse operations as needed
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1+ years carpentry experience. Prior experience with blind installations a plus
Current, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle large enough to carry tools and materials to job sites
Basic hand tool and power tool experience
Practices job site safety and maintains safe working environment
Able to work independently, punctual, dependable and manages time effectively.
Strong communication skills. Friendly, courteous, pleasant with customers.
Demonstrates attention to detail and quality of work
Ability to pass a background check, drug test and DMV driving record report
Heavy lifting required occasionally over 60 lbs. Ability to routinely climb up and down ladders and walk up and down steps
