Bulk Express is currently hiring for an experienced Diesel Mechanic We are a transportation company hauling recyclables, waste debris and C&D. Our fleet is road tractors, aluminum 48" and 53" trailers, and off -road wheel loaders.
Responsibilities include the following:
Inspect tractors and trailers daily for issues that are present.
Perform maintenance including Oil changes, belts, A/C repair, brakes, wheel seals, equalizers, wiring, as well as much more.
Preventatively maintaining equipment with lubrication as well as basic repairs before they become major repairs.
Diagnosing tractor check engine light as well as trailer ABS light with computer diagnostic software.
Oil changing and inspecting equipment properly is the highest priority.
Reporting major issues to supervisor immediately.
