We are a high end custom home builder looking for a FULLTIME experienced 1099 handyman 2 man team at $2400-2800/wk (Negotiable). 40 hour work week. We are looking for a team that can provide high quality service to very high end clients. Good communication skills, reliable truck/transportation. We will want to review a work portfolio demonstrating skills.
Work would be a combination of custom home punch lists, small renovations and door / window installations.
Background check required - Must be drug and alcohol free during work hours.
Have own truck and tools. We can provide non-standard tools depending on worksite.
