What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Respond to service calls with professionalism and care
- Accurately record work performed and parts used
- Work with a close-knit, family-oriented team
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years HVAC experience (required)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Experience with ServiceTitan or XOi a plus
