Description:
We’re seeking a talented and reliable Independent Contractor to join our team for mural and stencil coatings work. This role blends creativity with precision application — from large-scale wall art to decorative and branded stencil projects.
The majority of projects are in Atlanta, GA, but we have work across the Southeast and beyond, so opportunities to travel are available.
What You’ll Do:
Install murals, stencil coatings, and specialty finishes on walls, floors, and other surfaces.
Prepare surfaces for application (cleaning, patching, priming as needed).
Work from client-approved designs, ensuring accurate layout and alignment.
Use professional tools and coatings to achieve high-quality results.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades on-site to meet deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in mural painting, stencil application, or decorative coatings.
Ability to work from drawings, renderings, or digital templates.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects (expenses covered when traveling).
Contract Details:
Independent Contractor (1099) – you set your own schedule in coordination with project deadlines.
Competitive per-project or daily pay rates (based on skill and scope).
