Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver - Full-Time
We are seeking professional, courteous, and dependable full-time drivers to transport clients to and from medical appointments. This role requires patience, compassion, and a commitment to serving individuals with special needs. Requirements:
Must be 25 years or older
Clean drug screen, nationwide background check, and 7-year MVR with no violations in the last 2 years
No DUIs (ever) and an active driver’s license
Personal computer or laptop for completing online training (if hired)
Must have personal transportation to and from the company-provided vehicle
Strong commitment to professionalism, reliability, and adaptability
Company Vehicle Provided: Maintenance and fuel covered; personal use prohibited
Split Shift Schedule: 4 hours in the morning, 4 hours in the afternoon
Driving includes long distances and heavy metro Atlanta traffic. Please only apply if you are comfortable driving for extended periods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Safely transport clients to medical appointments, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs
Conduct daily inspections of the company vehicle before and after each shift
Assist clients in and out of vehicles when needed
Keep vehicles clean inside and out as necessary
Use iPad, company software, and GPS to complete routes efficiently
Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and HIPAA regulations
Complete and submit Trip Reimbursement Forms daily
Punctuality and strong attendance are mandatory
Pay & Benefits:
Up to $15.63/hr (based on experience)
