Description We are seeking an Executive Assistant for our team located in Augusta, Maine, United States. The primary function of this role is to provide comprehensive support to our executive team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Utilize ADP - Financial Services for various financial functions Conduct online meetings and presentations using Cisco Webex Meetings Manage travel and expense reports using Concur Handle customer relationship management through CRM Monitor and manage timekeeping using the Kronos Timekeeping System Efficiently manage and schedule appointments and events Uphold excellent communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders Arrange and manage conference calls with internal and external participants Draft, edit, and manage correspondence including emails and letters Maintain and manage executive calendars efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services Skilled in using Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating virtual meetings Familiarity with Concur for managing expenses Experience in utilizing CRM software for customer relationship management Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient time tracking Proficiency in using About Time software for project management Excellent calendar management skills to schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in coordinating conference calls and managing correspondence Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High level of organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business tools and software.
