Moreover, DLC's certification responsibilities enable healthcare providers to participate in critical federal programs like Medicare and Medicaid, facilitating access to healthcare services for eligible individuals.Job Summary: DLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a licensing initiative for those providing Home and Community Based Services. This critical role will involve overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to monitoring and delivery. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure the successful development and deployment of this licensing initiative.Qualifications: The background of well-qualified candidates will demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
Degree in project management and 4 years of proven experience in development or project management, including successful project delivery.
Strong understanding of project management and/or process improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience managing complex development projects from initiation to completion.
Familiarity with healthcare-related software systems and regulatory requirements (preferred).
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt) a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
