The MOSES System handles all the department’s licenses, permits and registrations. Work is performed under limited supervision.

Organizing, managing, and executing training sessions for both new and current MOSES Agents, conducted either in person or through virtual platforms.

Providing training for new and existing department personnel requiring access to MOSES.

Providing oral and written information explaining various licensing and registration requirements in accordance with office standards.

Providing phone and technical support to the Department's licensing and registration agents.

Work closely with MDIFW and MaineIT MOSES Support personnel to clearly specify changes needed in the MOSES system.

Test all MOSES updates prior to implementation.

The successful candidate should have extensive experience in the use of computers and various computer applications. Preference will be given to candidates withexperience in the use of MOSES. Demonstrated experience in public speaking, teaching, and training. Exceptional skills in both oral and written communication.
